Ensures effective coordination, governance, financial management, risk management and overall project quality.

Sectoral Cooperation on Skills and Job Profiles

Analyses current and future skills needs in Smart Grids, identifies skill gaps, emerging job profiles and industry requirements.

Designing Curricula and Preparation for Delivery

Designs innovative VET and higher education curricula and training programmes aligned with industry needs.

Delivering Curricula and Training Programmes

Implements, adapts and validates the developed curricula and training programmes across partner institutions.

Long-term Sustainability and Blueprint Implementation

Develops a sustainability strategy, governance model and training marketplace to ensure long-term impact beyond the project.

Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation

Promotes project results, engages stakeholders and supports uptake of outcomes at European level.

Quality Assurance and Impact Assessment

Monitors project performance, ensures quality standards and evaluates impact.
